2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on our website was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that the complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate any user who is determined to have repeatedly violated copyright or other intellectual property rights, even if we do not maintain user accounts (e.g., by blocking IP addresses or domains).

4. Safe Harbor and Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
